Clutch Bags is a hip, utilitarian line of women's handbags that was developed in NYC in 2001 by a fashion stylist who could never find the right bag. It seemed that most handbags were always about the identity of the bag-the bag of the "moment"-and not about the personality or style of the woman carrying the bag at the moment.
