When I think of spring, I think of flowers and travel - mostly warm, tropical vacations. And what’s more tropical and flowery than Hawaii? Hawaii makes a great spring getaway for anyone - students, young couples, and families alike.

But just because the messages on these bags are cute doesn’t mean you necessarily want to carry the tote or pay $45 to $70 for one. Would you rather carry a tote that says you own an LV bag or carry an LV bag? Or would you rather take the money you would spend on one of these totes and buy a trendy but inexpensive bag from a brand like Big Buddha, Kathy Van Zeeland, or Jessica Simpson?

These bags remind me of those bumper stickers you see where someone says their other car is a Porsche or Corvette or some other exotic sports car. And I’m not sure what to make of that. Does the person really own that car? Probably not. But they want you to believe they do. What does THAT say about the owner of the bumper sticker? What would one of these bags say about you?

There’s nothing like that high you get when you first open the box. The butterflies in your stomach and the excitement of finally getting that special something you’ve been waiting and dying for. Imagining how beautiful it will look on and how you’ll be the envy of every girl who crosses your path. It glistens and sparkles, it’s gorgeous. No, I’m not referring to a diamond engagement ring, but I am referring to that feeling you get when you open up your eBags package with your new and beautiful handbag inside!

I’m an impulse buyer, I buy things because they catch my eye and steal away my heart. Ok everybody, get ready for my next round of polyvore picks! It’s been on the back-burner for a little while but once again I’ve discovered the “wonderful-ness” of this website. If you haven’t already checked it out, it is a MUST(www.polyvore.com)!

So here is my outfit…I have to say that while I was creating it I was thinking of Megan, here in the office who is about 7 months pregnant. The only thing that I’m missing here is a stroller! I can see her sporting this look while out at the farmer’s market or running errands around town.
