Purse Organizers and Organizer Handbags
Organizing your purse is pretty easy to do. Start by emptying your bag and determining what should remain in the bag, what you want to keep but not necessarily in your purse, and what needs to be thrown out. Then put the items in their appropriate places.
Now, organizing your handbag can go further especially if you have an organizer bag. Organizer handbags are bags (often cross body or shoulder bags) that have features and pockets that hold all of your purse contents in place. These can include cell phone pocket, key fob, coin purse, id window, credit card slots, and more. Top organizer bag brands include Baggallini, Derek Alexander, Osgoode Marley, and TOKYOBay.
What do you do if you want to organize your bag but it isn’t an organizer handbag? Or what should you do if you change purses often? You should use a purse organizer insert. Purse organizer inserts are pouches that form to the inside of your purse and are designed not only to provide the organization you need that your purse doesn’t currently have, but also to allow you to transfer your purse contents easily from one bag to another. Top brands of purse organizers include Lisa David Designs and PurseN.

Stocking Stuffers to Compliment Your Handbag Gift
Picking out a handbag as a gift can be tough, but once you’ve found one, the going gets easier. As women, we all know that a handbag is one thing, but what we put into it is a completely different matter. So guys, here’s something to help you out with finding some nifty stocking–or bag–stuffers to complement your girl’s handbag:
The “Clipa”: A girl’s handbag is a little like a guy’s favorite golfing cap–we don’t like to leave it on the ground. Handbags can be a pretty hefty investment. So if you know someone who always thinks twice before placing their bag on the ground, consider this stocking stuffer. The Clipa is ring that can go around the strap of a handbag. This nifty tool is an instant bag hanger. Whether it’s on the back of a chair or on the edge of a table, the Clipa keeps handbags off of the ground and spotless, saving your mom, your girlfriend, or your buddy the trouble of finding a place to put it.
Inserts: Even though we probably do it more than we need to, it is NOT a girl’s favorite past-time to go digging through her purse. Which is why handbag inserts are sometimes necessary to keep us sane. If you know that special someone has issues with finding their pen, or heaven forbid their phone, it’s time to look into some inserts for their handbag. If you’re a guy and you really think about it, a handbag insert is probably both beneficial to your girl AND you. After all, you might not have to wait as long on the other end of the phone as she’s digging through a black hole trying to answer your call.
Here are some other handy-dandy stocking stuffers under $20 that you can consider:
Carrying Makeup in Style
Cosmetic bags (sometimes known as makeup bags) and cosmetic cases (sometimes called beauty cases or train cases) are essential. They keep makeup organized and protect your bag and its contents from accidental spills and smudges. The difference between cases and bags is sometimes a fine line, but generally cosmetic bags are smaller pouches designed to hold just the essentials in a larger bag like a handbag. A cosmetic case, on the other hand, tends to be a larger bag that holds more makeup and is used during travel. Cosmetic cases are also great for makeup storage at home. Afterall, if you organize your makeup in your handbag, it doesn’t make sense to stash it haphazardly in a drawer at home.
Cosmetic bags and cases make wonderful gifts for just about any woman since many come in beautiful styles. Some bags even come in sets that are bundled together for that “gift” look.

I was pretty amazed at the work that was being shown. Not only that, but the space is gorgeous. The Tuileries were also quite stunning in the level of work that was shown, however, nothing beats the energy that surrounds the catwalk shows…..
Remember the scene from The Devil Wears Prada when she throws out her cell phone?
The three car deep line of taxis outside the Paris Fashion shows, I managed to get through three separate tents, one palais and one petite chateau…..of clothes, handbags and TONS of shoes bliss…..& blisters!!! A bientot a fevrier!!
My last night in Paris…eating dinner with two very fabulous artists, talking Politics, Religion and the place of Art in Capitalism….how much more Moulin Rouge can you get!!
And then, because I am in the business of self inflicted pain, I flew straight to Los Angeles Fashion Week, because going from NY to London to Madrid to A Coruna to Alicante to Milan to Paris in three weeks, just isn’t enough…..
Directives West featured the latest collection in their trend forecasting Fashion Show….look how pretty our bag looks!!!
Oh! and of course, I was able to squeeze in some surfing in Malibu…always important!!

And then, even though at eenamaria, we’re all about color, Cavalli and Prada, who are normally excellent, had a heavy weighted, black and white selection of clothing…..
And then, of course, there was fashion on the street….at the top Department Store in Milan, Coin:
As I was boarding the Fashion Plane headed for Paris, after dodging the mass exodus leaving Milan to get to Paris to catch the first show, I knew I was in a city all about Fashion:

Makeup Bags
Makeup bags are a fantastic way to keep all of your cosmetics in order and within reach, while protecting them from getting dirty or destroyed. We have all experienced the dreaded lint ball stuck to our tube of lipgloss, which inadvertently lost its cap somewhere in the depths of our hobos. Or we’ve dug down deep into a carryall to find fragments of our compact, powder, and mirror from the last time we dropped our bag.
Let’s face it, makeup can wreak havoc on the interior of your purse…and on your sanity when you can’t find your eyelash curler and your date is impatiently ringing the doorbell. Keeping everything tidy in a makeup case is a no brainer, and the perfect excuse to go out and buy yet another cute something for yourself!
Makeup cases come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, much like their larger counterparts. If you carry a hot handbag, then you are definitely going to want to carry a fabulous makeup bag as well, and finding a cosmetics bags that you’ll love is an easy feat to accomplish.
Betseyville makes fun and girly makeup cases in both personal and travel sizes, while PurseN bags are designed to be perfect little organizers. For a more conservative, yet still completely fabulous assortment of makeup bags, Stephanie Johnson has a dizzying array of cosmetics bags and cases with pastel brocade prints and floral motifs in zip top, fold-out, fold-over and clutch designs.
Makeup bags are a true beauty essential. With so many great choices on the market, why on earth would anyone want to continue doing the mad hunt for their blush brush when they could keep it well stored and clean in a makeup bag? And if you are one to opt for Ziploc bags to keep your beauty items together, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something you won’t be embarrassed to pull out in the ladies room when you go to powder your nose. Get thee a makeup bag and be happy!

My feminist side embraces, my fashion side says ‘NO’. Not sure where I should sit on this one, brave, nonetheless!! Then of course, there was the designer of my heart…Vivienne Westwood, in what was a very drapey collection, one that I don’t think was her best, but given the economic times, fun and frantic……

Given that I make solid items, and am really an Industrial Designer at heart, I was excited by the booths that surrounded the shows, perhaps the most exciting booth there, was the Surf Board company, Swami.
Yummy surfboards by Swami!!!!
Of course, in case you didn’t already know, we are currently selling in Allders department store, London and if you have some time to make your way there, just remember that it was the great Sarah Mower and Harold Tillman that announced the launch and helped celebrate the arrival of the eenamaria brand on UK soil.
