Hayden-Harnett Biblio Bag
If you don’t know Hayden-Harnett, you don’t know what you’re missing. This Brooklyn based company offers their own stylish take on apparel, accessories, and especially leather handbags and has been doing so since 1999.
Today I’d like to highlight a bag that really caught my attention: the Hayden-Harnett Biblio Bag. I don’t know if it’s the hand-woven detachable strap, the braided leather, or the tassels that I find most appealing, but the combination certainly makes this bag a head-turner.
The Biblio bag is perfect for everyday, but is stylish enough to take you from work to errands to evening. It’s available in three colors (Olive, Black, and Grape Shine) but Olive is certainly my favorite. It’s a great color for spring and summer.
Find the Hayden-Harnett Biblio Bag at haydenharnett.com for $558.

Paris, LA & Toronto Fashion Week!! Spring/Summer 2010
Traveling between many cities and getting people from different worlds to review the eenamaria collection, provides an amazing outlook on peoples’ tastes and ideas of style - worldwide. Talking of which, let’s start with Paris and how they present fashion……
The Box in Paris…Accessories on Hair…hmmm…
I was pretty amazed at the work that was being shown. Not only that, but the space is gorgeous. The Tuileries were also quite stunning in the level of work that was shown, however, nothing beats the energy that surrounds the catwalk shows…..
Remember the scene from The Devil Wears Prada when she throws out her cell phone?
The three car deep line of taxis outside the Paris Fashion shows, I managed to get through three separate tents, one palais and one petite chateau…..of clothes, handbags and TONS of shoes bliss…..& blisters!!! A bientot a fevrier!!
My last night in Paris…eating dinner with two very fabulous artists, talking Politics, Religion and the place of Art in Capitalism….how much more Moulin Rouge can you get!!
And then, because I am in the business of self inflicted pain, I flew straight to Los Angeles Fashion Week, because going from NY to London to Madrid to A Coruna to Alicante to Milan to Paris in three weeks, just isn’t enough…..
Directives West featured the latest collection in their trend forecasting Fashion Show….look how pretty our bag looks!!!
Oh! and of course, I was able to squeeze in some surfing in Malibu…always important!!
Malibu surfing kicked my ass!!
Made my paddling look like a little girl’s and made me pearl like an oyster!!
Finally, Toronto Fashion Week!!

Milan Fashion Week, (Part 3 of Fashion Weeks)
Milan Fashion Week!! Spring/Summer 2010
WOW!!!
First of all, check out our bags, although they look a little exhausted from all the traveling, here they are, featured in our new Milan Showroom, Gotham…yay!! They represent many different brands, but of course, most important, is eenamaria!!

Hmmmm…..and look at what Moschino (below) was showing in Milan this Fashion Week!!
Perhaps they’ve been looking at the eenamaria website:
Does it make you want to………………..

Moschino
And then, even though at eenamaria, we’re all about color, Cavalli and Prada, who are normally excellent, had a heavy weighted, black and white selection of clothing…..
And then, of course, there was fashion on the street….at the top Department Store in Milan, Coin:
As I was boarding the Fashion Plane headed for Paris, after dodging the mass exodus leaving Milan to get to Paris to catch the first show, I knew I was in a city all about Fashion:

Read my blog next week, when I will be posting pictures about Fashion Week in Paris!!!!
London Fashion Week (Part 2 of the European Fashion Weeks tour)
Fashion Week at Somerset House
London Fashion Week…..was AWESOME!!
Of course, there was Mark Fast and his Pre-Raphaelite models:

My feminist side embraces, my fashion side says ‘NO’. Not sure where I should sit on this one, brave, nonetheless!! Then of course, there was the designer of my heart…Vivienne Westwood, in what was a very drapey collection, one that I don’t think was her best, but given the economic times, fun and frantic……
Vivienne Westwood’s drapey collection
Given that I make solid items, and am really an Industrial Designer at heart, I was excited by the booths that surrounded the shows, perhaps the most exciting booth there, was the Surf Board company, Swami.
Yummy surfboards by Swami!!!!
Of course, in case you didn’t already know, we are currently selling in Allders department store, London and if you have some time to make your way there, just remember that it was the great Sarah Mower and Harold Tillman that announced the launch and helped celebrate the arrival of the eenamaria brand on UK soil.

NY, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, LA in 3 Weeks!! (Part 1-NY)
eenamaria aka designer Sarah Morgan, just completed a three week Fashion Week tour, that covered five countries!! Try that one on for size, only to return and to an event every night for four nights, and as I sit and write this at midnight, I can tell you……its been amazing.
After today’s presentation to Parson’s with interior designer Jamie Drake and this evening’s Fashion Show at Cipriani’s, it is amazing I’m still going. So, to pictures, let’s get started….
OK, we showed the collection with NOLCHA at New York Fashion Week, here’s a sneak peak:
Haiku Bags by Sharon Eisenhauer
“Bags that blend beauty and utility, fashion and function, style and substance.” That’s Haiku Bags by Sharon Eisenhauer. If you’re tired of bags that are all fashion and no function or all pockets and no pizzazz, then Haiku Bags may just be what you need.
Take the Branch City Satchel, for example. A classic shape that’s simple yet beautiful. The bag features 5 (yes FIVE) pockets, a key clip, and an adjustable strap. Everything a woman on the go needs. Plus, the faux-leather pebbled suede is washable.
I love the Petals Grab Bag in Chocolate Brown. Just the right amount of femininity without compromising function. This bag features a subtle flower design, 4 pockets, large interior compartment, and a detachable, adjustable strap which allows the bag to be worn as a shoulder bag or a hip bag.
Also be sure to check out their other designs which include courier bags, laptop bags, backpacks, and wallets.
