Picking out a handbag as a gift can be tough, but once you’ve found one, the going gets easier. As women, we all know that a handbag is one thing, but what we put into it is a completely different matter. So guys, here’s something to help you out with finding some nifty stocking–or bag–stuffers to complement your girl’s handbag:

The “Clipa” A girl’s handbag is a little like a guy’s favorite golfing cap–we don’t like to leave it on the ground. Handbags Clipa can be a pretty hefty investment. So if you know someone who always thinks twice before placing their bag on the ground, consider this stocking stuffer. The Clipa is ring that can go around the strap of a handbag. This nifty tool is an instant bag hanger. Whether it’s on the back of a chair or on the edge of a table, the Clipa keeps handbags off of the ground and spotless, saving your mom, your girlfriend, or your buddy the trouble of finding a place to put it.

Inserts: Even though we probably do it more than we need to, it is NOT a girl’s favorite past-time to go digging through her purse. Which is why handbag inserts are sometimes necessary to keep us sane. If you know that special someone has issues with finding their pen, or heaven forbid their phone, it’s time to look into some inserts for their handbag. If you’re a guy and you really think about it, a handbag insert is probably both beneficial to your girl AND you. After all, you might not have to wait as long on the other end of the phone as she’s digging through a black hole trying to answer your call.

Here are some other handy-dandy stocking stuffers under $20 that you can consider:

The Tote That Won’t Eat Your Keys or Your Wallet

So, let me fess up. I’ve had my fair share of disasters with tote bags. They’re huge, they always beg you to carry more than you can handle, and they usually end up eating half of the stuff you put in them–especially when you’re ready to grab your wallet at the cash register. After several occurrences of trying to figure out which black hole in the depths of my tote bag had decided to devour my wallet or my keys, I strayed away from tote bags. Quite literally, I avoided them like the plague.

That is, until I discovered OGIO’s reconfiguration of what it meant to carry a tote. And despite all of the tote’s eccentricities, its efficiency, and its style, they simply call it the OGIO Tote Bag.

The bag is built capable of accommodating you on a stroll through campus, urban streets, or a short day-trip. In short, the bag is built for organization. But I will tell you this, it is not under-handed when it comes to size. OGIO designed its tote to carry your laptop (up to 15″) a sleeve and other miscellaneous items in its large main compartment. This is where its similarity to regular tote bags OGIO Tote Bag in Blackends.

Nestled on the totes laptop sleeve are several compartments. Of course, there are slots for your pens, built where they are easily accessible. Then there’s the “no-boys-allowed”, the jewelry pocket, and the make-up pocket. All zippered of course. Not to mention the out-of-the-way water bottle pocket located on the inside of the bag–one of my personal favorites. Plus, the bag’s arsenal includes two mail and receipt filing pockets on the outside.

And did I mention that the exterior and interior materials are amazing?

After toting OGIO’s “edited” version of the tote bag, I was finally released from my phobia of non-existent black holes and vicious, hungry tote bags. If you’re looking for an unconventional tote bag that won’t make you feel like you’re pulling raffles out of a mystery box, then the OGIO Tote bag is definitely something worth trying out.

Goodbye Missing Earring, Hello Jewelry Case

If you’re a girl on the run with jobs that aren’t necessarily the most fashionable (like working in a science lab), you know that keeping track of your jewelry can often be a hassle. I occasionally find myself coming home after a long day at work only to find one of my two earrings still nestled inside my purse. And it’s then that I realize that it’s either sitting on my work bench, in my gym locker, or I’ll never see it again.

So after a year of living with the fact that my pair of earrings will eventually become singular, I finally found an alternative: the jewelry case. Not just any kind of jewelry case, but the one that efficiently fits into your handbag. I first came across this classy Rowallan Annley Jewelry Roll. With its help, I’ve managed to maintain my earrings’ relationships with one another. All without having to lug around an excessively large jewelry case. The jewelry roll is small enough to fit inside my handbag, locker, or desk without taking up too much space.

It’s a definite plus for women like me who are forgetful and always on the run, making it difficult to keep track of their belongings. (Especially belongings as miniscule as an earring.)

While strolling around the streets of Las Vegas mid-day in the blistering heat, I was literally assaulted by thousands of different fashions. Most often, they were fashions involving handbags.

And one of the new fashions I came across was the Miche Bag.  Standing at the stall, I heard the sales woman refer to it as literally: “One Hundred Bags in ONE”. Which isn’t too far from the truth.

The Miche bag is actually a simple handbag designed to fit several “shells”. Which means that you can change the style of your basic handbag to fit whatever outfit you’re wearing. Or simply just to fit your mood. I found the concept rather nifty, to say the least.

So if you’re looking for something that allows you to be a little refreshing, you might want to check out Miche. After all, they are referred to as the bag with “endless possibilities”.

We all have a little fetish for something cute, occasionally strange, and utterly unique. And that fetish has been undoubtedly supplied by designer of Tokidoki. The term Tokidoki means “sometimes” in Japanese. As it has it, Simone Legno, the artist and mastermind behind the world of Tokidoki hoped to convey a message. The very name of the unique brand of designs encompasses the moments that change one’s life. Tokidoki Abbraccio Backpack in Geometric Girl

The insanely fun designs and colors of Tokidoki can be seen on the Abbracio Backpack, which ranges from simple black to a pink asylum of characters and images. I wouldn’t be lying if I said it was a sure-fire way to attract glances.

Tokidoki also specializes in cute and thrifty handbags with its signature designs. The transition from simplistic cuteness to a world of lovable imaginary characters can also be seen in the Tokidoki Bacio with its “Carbone” and “Leo” designs.

So the summer has finally rolled around and the flower prints and breezy colors will slowly be blossoming on the streets and beaches. With the previous hype in “organic” designs and saving the world, you might be looking for the next upcoming environmental trend.

And I think I may have just found it. Or something close to it, at least.

No . . . I’m not talking about bamboo as in bamboo handles and factory made material slapped together in the name of authentic organic fashion. These are bags hand crafted entirely from bamboo.  And they’ve been nestled away in a year-old site with only 1561 visitors. Unless you’re handy with bamboo, the only place you’re going to find these bags are in Thailand or online.
