Just as the name suggests, this is a mini hobo handbag. It features a fully lined interior, two inside zippered pockets, and one outside zippered pocket. The bag is water resistant and vegan (it’s made from coated canvas and is leather-free).
One thing I LOVE about Jane Marvel bags is their beautiful patterns and colors. You can start by choosing the shape you like and then have fun choosing the pattern/color. This particular mini hobo bag has 12 different patterns to choose from.

Spring 2010 Handbag Trends – Rocker Chic
You know, normally, I am a fitted pencil skirt, secretary blouse type, but the Spring 2010 Balmain runways have me craving something else. The Balmain Spring 2010 runways portrayed an urban warrior goddess that has me completely obsessed. My favorite look of the runway is this one below with these second skin cargo pants, ripped tee, lace up combat boots, and trend forward jacket. I keep fantasizing walking into work with a version of this look, minus exposed skin and shredded tee, LOL, but then think about the reality of what a drastic change that would be from my pencil skirt/trouser uniforms.
So, to not alarm my co-workers of multiple personality disorders, any that they don’t know about already, LOL, I think I will incorporate Balmain’s urban warrior goddess into my life with this sumptuous Tylie Malibu Runway Cherie Studded Handbag.
Jessica Simpson Bags Vapor Satchel
I needed a bag for a trip I’m taking to New York next month. I also wanted something for everyday – something neutral colored but not boring. Something sophisticated but with eye-catching style. I love satchels so, naturally, I started looking there. I knew I wanted something reasonably priced but not cheap. I found the Jessica Simpson Vapor Satchel at eBags and bought it hoping it would be a perfect fit.
And it is! The bag is absolutely lovely. I bought the brown color, but it is a brown with a touch of red (more like mahogany). Since I didn’t want something too dark, this color is perfect. The croco material gives the bag stylish texture and there is just the right amount of hardware for my taste.
It’s larger than I expected, but that’s also works out for me. It means I can fit in my camera bag when I’m out sightseeing and my book (a full size hardback) when I’m heading out for my flight.
The inside of the bag is also better than I expected. There are several pockets that fit things like my cell phone, etc. There are actually two zipper close main compartments so on one side right now I have my essentials and the other I have my book. The zipper top will also come in handy during my trip. It’s always a good idea to carry a bag with a fully-closed top when traveling so people can’t reach in easily.

Mellow World Alluring Bag
Made from patent faux leather, this multi-color hobo will certainly turn heads. It’s perfect for daily use because it can be worn with just about anything (except maybe a rainbow outfit) and it’s a great size – not too large but just large enough to carry on your shoulder.
The inside of the bag is completely lined and has several pockets for organization.

Chocolate Handbags
Sounds yummy doesn’t it? Well, they are. They’re just not edible.
I’m referring to Chocolate New York Handbags to be specific but you may become as addicted to this Chocolate as the other chocolate. Chocolate Handbags are not only on-trend, but they’re actually affordable. That’s something you don’t see too often from a brand with “New York” in the name.
One bag I absolutely love right now is the Chocolate Jewel Stud Hobo in grey. Jessica Kagan Cushman Message Totes
A handbag always says something about you, but sometimes it does so literally. Such is the case with message totes from Jessica Kagan Cushman. JKC Cotton Canvas Totes are basic totes with cute messages printed on the side like “My other bag is a Louis Vuitton” and “This bag makes me look Rich and Skinny”. I think the bag I’ve featured here has a particularly funny message, “I had the most terrible dream. I dreamed I was a plastic bag.”
But just because the messages on these bags are cute doesn’t mean you necessarily want to carry the tote or pay $45 to $70 for one. Would you rather carry a tote that says you own an LV bag or carry an LV bag? Or would you rather take the money you would spend on one of these totes and buy a trendy but inexpensive bag from a brand like Big Buddha, Kathy Van Zeeland, or Jessica Simpson?
These bags remind me of those bumper stickers you see where someone says their other car is a Porsche or Corvette or some other exotic sports car. And I’m not sure what to make of that. Does the person really own that car? Probably not. But they want you to believe they do. What does THAT say about the owner of the bumper sticker? What would one of these bags say about you?
