Anuschka Nirvana Bags Are Heavenly
I love Anuschka bags. They’re leather. They’re artistic. They feature handpainted designs. Well, the Nirvana collection from Anuschka is no exception. These newest arrivals are not only absolutely beautiful, but they’re richly colorful. Take the Anuschka Nirvana Medium Hobo, for instance. I think you can find just about every color of the rainbow in this bag. But unlike a rainbow bag, the colors on this hobo are truly in harmony with each other.
Find bags and wallets from the Anuschka Nirvana collection at eBags now by searching for “Nirvana”.

Milan Fashion Week!! Spring/Summer 2010
WOW!!!
First of all, check out our bags, although they look a little exhausted from all the traveling, here they are, featured in our new Milan Showroom, Gotham…yay!! They represent many different brands, but of course, most important, is eenamaria!!

Hmmmm…..and look at what Moschino (below) was showing in Milan this Fashion Week!!
Perhaps they’ve been looking at the eenamaria website:
Does it make you want to………………..

Moschino
And then, even though at eenamaria, we’re all about color, Cavalli and Prada, who are normally excellent, had a heavy weighted, black and white selection of clothing…..
And then, of course, there was fashion on the street….at the top Department Store in Milan, Coin:
As I was boarding the Fashion Plane headed for Paris, after dodging the mass exodus leaving Milan to get to Paris to catch the first show, I knew I was in a city all about Fashion:

Read my blog next week, when I will be posting pictures about Fashion Week in Paris!!!!

By now you’ve probably seen eBags’ Steal of the Day feature. Last time we featured it here, we showed you a great deal on a B. Makowsky bag.
Today’s deal is even hotter! That’s because for just $25.98 (normally $79.00), you can snag the Tignanello T-Time Signature E/W Satchel. That’s 67% off! But hurry, at the time of this post, there were only 12 left.
Reading this after October 27, 2009? Well, while the Tignanello T-Time Signature E/W Satchel might no longer be on Steal, you can still check out the latest Steal of the Day by clicking here.
Makeup Bags
If you find yourself digging into the back of your bathroom drawers or the bottoms of your handbags in a fruitless attempt to recover that forever elusive tube of lipstick or mascara, then it is high time that you invest in a makeup bag. Makeup bags keep all of your beauty essentials in one place and in many cases are so compact that you can take them from your vanity, drop them into your purses and you are ready for a night out.
Makeup bags are a fantastic way to keep all of your cosmetics in order and within reach, while protecting them from getting dirty or destroyed. We have all experienced the dreaded lint ball stuck to our tube of lipgloss, which inadvertently lost its cap somewhere in the depths of our hobos. Or we’ve dug down deep into a carryall to find fragments of our compact, powder, and mirror from the last time we dropped our bag.
Let’s face it, makeup can wreak havoc on the interior of your purse…and on your sanity when you can’t find your eyelash curler and your date is impatiently ringing the doorbell. Keeping everything tidy in a makeup case is a no brainer, and the perfect excuse to go out and buy yet another cute something for yourself!
Makeup cases come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, much like their larger counterparts. If you carry a hot handbag, then you are definitely going to want to carry a fabulous makeup bag as well, and finding a cosmetics bags that you’ll love is an easy feat to accomplish.
Betseyville makes fun and girly makeup cases in both personal and travel sizes, while PurseN bags are designed to be perfect little organizers. For a more conservative, yet still completely fabulous assortment of makeup bags, Stephanie Johnson has a dizzying array of cosmetics bags and cases with pastel brocade prints and floral motifs in zip top, fold-out, fold-over and clutch designs.
Makeup bags are a true beauty essential. With so many great choices on the market, why on earth would anyone want to continue doing the mad hunt for their blush brush when they could keep it well stored and clean in a makeup bag? And if you are one to opt for Ziploc bags to keep your beauty items together, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something you won’t be embarrassed to pull out in the ladies room when you go to powder your nose. Get thee a makeup bag and be happy!

It’s Party Time!
Holiday party that is. Now is the time to start thinking about what you’ll wear to holiday parties this year. And, of course, don’t forget to consider what party bags you’ll be carrying this season. Attending a bunch of company parties? You’ll need something stylish and sophisticated to compliment your outfit. Coordinate classic colors such as red and green, or pair up a richly colored violet or blue bag with a little black dress. Affordable choices include bags from brands like Carlo Fellini, J. Furmani, and La Regale. For splurges with style, check out Whiting and Davis, J. Tiras, and Inge Christopher.
For holiday parties hosted by friends, you might want something a little more casual than an evening bag. Take a look at day clutches for a less formal but still sophisticated option. For something fun and funky, carry something like the Littlearth Fender Purse Champagne Evening Bag which is covered in festive champagne glasses and bubbles. It’s perfect throughout the holidays and especially for New Years parties.
Whatever you choose for your holiday fashion and party bag, make sure you carry the necessary accessories as well to make the night go off without a hitch. Cosmetic bags or pouches are perfect for keeping your makeup together in your bag. A cosmetic mirror or makeup mirror is ideal when you don’t have time to sneak away to the restroom to fix your lipstick. Finally, pursehooks and handbag hangers are ideal when you’re seated for dinner and want to keep your bag handy but out of the way.
One last thing to consider – if you’re planning on attending a friend’s holiday party or dinner party, a nice gift to bring is a bottle of wine. Make the gift even more special by presenting it in a wine carrier or wine gift bag. The Picnic Plus Gallery Gift Bag is not only an artistic, but also an affordable choice.
Disney Princess Engagement Rings
Thanks to designer Kirstie Kelly, you can now have a Disney Princess inspired wedding. At Bridal Week in New York, a new line of Disney Princess engagement rings was revealed. The Kirstie Kelly for Disney by Mouawad includes rings with matching bands inspired by Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Jasmine, Ariel, Cinderella, and Belle. Pair any one of them up with a dress from Kirstie’s Disney bridal gown collection and add jewels, a tiara, and/or veil for the complete princess look.
What do you think of these rings? Vote now.
And now that you’ve planned what you’ll wear to look like a princess, what should you carry on the big day? Why, a bridal handbag of course. But certainly no ordinary white bag. How about one of these below?

London Fashion Week…..was AWESOME!!
Of course, there was Mark Fast and his Pre-Raphaelite models:

My feminist side embraces, my fashion side says ‘NO’. Not sure where I should sit on this one, brave, nonetheless!! Then of course, there was the designer of my heart…Vivienne Westwood, in what was a very drapey collection, one that I don’t think was her best, but given the economic times, fun and frantic……

Given that I make solid items, and am really an Industrial Designer at heart, I was excited by the booths that surrounded the shows, perhaps the most exciting booth there, was the Surf Board company, Swami.
Yummy surfboards by Swami!!!!
Of course, in case you didn’t already know, we are currently selling in Allders department store, London and if you have some time to make your way there, just remember that it was the great Sarah Mower and Harold Tillman that announced the launch and helped celebrate the arrival of the eenamaria brand on UK soil.
